I came here for my Birthday month. With a friend ,It was a very pleasant experience. The food was just so amazing. Mouthwatering took me to another planet with every bite made me shake my head like it's not real, but it's real. It was so good. I had the barbecue pork rice and the filet mignon cubes With two Lagunitas and one Chinese cinnamon donut ice cream, which is to die for! The ambience was great. The service was fast and the food was amazing. I was so surprised how fast they got us seated and how fast the food came out, hot and ready.

Food is always delicious here, so fresh, tasty and hot. I brought a group of friends here, and they haven't stopped raving about how great this place is. No complaints, and the Singapore Vermicelli is exceptional, it's addictive. Just when I thought I couldn't order anything as good as the Chow Fun with beef, I realized their menu is filled with wonderful combinations and food ideas to try! Love this place, it's exceptional. Their restaurant in Irvine was also very good.

Capital Noodle Bar is always good & is the best place to bring big groups looking for a lot of variety! I think their green beans are better than Din Thai Fung (which is a big statement). Their noodle dishes & dumplings are also really good and up to par to most dim sum and stir fry places! The service is quick & always accommodating (ask for extra chilli oil- it is so tasty). Definitely, get the green beans & don't be afraid to explore the menu! I've tried almost ever dish here and I never was dissapointed!

No MSG!! All flavors from the fresh ingredients. *Assorted seafood soup with egg noodles: flavorful light soup with fresh ingredient, fresh seafood, fresh thin egg noodle. The BF slurp the whole bowl clean. *Dry noodle with thick rice noodle, came with bowl of bone broth with bone: in Asia if you order dry noodle a complimentary soup would be part of the set. Love it. Pleasantly surprised this soup had its own flavor profile separate from the seafood soup. This bone broth was clear and comforting. * Krispy fried tofu just order it you'll be happy. Friendly attentive staff, the food came out really quickly. Try it you won't be sorry.
